Preseason 2012 College Football Rankings

Last time you saw us, we were struggling to get past the 50 yard line.
I can smell football season coming around the corner, and I can't wait! The Cocks are going to make some serious noise this season (No, I'm not a fan.). Oklahoma, 4th? My Vols are once again on the outside looking in, and Dooley might want to change that before his welcome wears out in Knoxville. Ahh... yes, college football! It's a southern religion! *Darkhorse National Championship: USC/USC?*

The SEC has 3 of the top 5 teams in the nation. Oklahoma was number 1 in the preseason. Just a reminder.

Alabama 21, LSU 0.

Alabama tops off one of the strangest college football seasons I can remember with a blowout of division rival LSU in the National Championship. Five Alabama field goals and a Trent Richardson touchdown when the game was virtually over sealed the deal. LSU got across the 50-yard line once. ONCE! Congrats on keeping the title in the SEC for the sixth straight time. What a dominating performance.
After the jump is the classic defensive MVP acceptance from Linebacker Courtney Upshaw.
